Aha..that’s an issue here..do you what is goin on with this coverage lately and before this? I have chosen this Executive Plan which is from this company and I thought it is the best and number one in my country..but the number one is not always be on top..you know why? Let me tell you this..
For the past a few month or maybe years ago, I have chosen the Executive plan and I thought the line that provided are really good because my home located not far from the local town. I have never satisfied about their line because every single night I make a call and it is normally stays for about 1-2 hours..you know why..lol.
The line is always make me down because sometimes the line was never okay..sometimes my line has been cut and the call just cut off for any reason..and if I want to call back.the same girl was always ask for the mailbox message..”I hate that girl so much” and after 3,4 times called I get my call back, but the feel was never like before..and the mood was never like the same..
For your info, I have settled all my bills and never ever short any amount for this bills. But I am really dissapointed the service given..the line provided not so quality and not so good..I know they are one of the largest Communication company in Malaysia..but the quality?I’m not given any compliment for the service tha has been given..The one and only that I know what this line best is..the best coverage..you still can get the coverage if you are in Hulu Perak..Maxis don’t and the yellow guy? Don’t know..:D
I am not making this post to ‘kutuk’ anyone or make some laugh for this company..but I want the best as promise.if you are multinational company..why don’t invest some more to upgrade your coverage and make it number 1 in this country. I hope so….a few years a go I’ve heard one of our former Menteri said that:
“Malaysia is good country, but when I was in highway..no coverage.how come? This is the best ah? What happen if there will be an emergency call? “
Thinking of that I smile and we will never know how long it takes we will have a high speed line for video call wordwide?

saya guna celcom pun so far okey, kat kampung saya lagilah, celcom jer yang clear kalau harap kan maxis dengan digi, kena cari kawasan bukit dan lapang macam sawah padi baru dapat line
