Salam petang semua dan semoga korang semua berada dalam sihat hendaknya ye? Apa anda buat hari ini? Aktiviti blogging atau mencari info-info berguna dari internet atau check email seperti biasa? Mungkin lain orang lain kerja dan tabiatnya dan lain orang lain juga info yang dicarinya diinternet.
Post kali ini menyentuh sediki tentang Getresponse yang rasanya setaka ini setanding dengan Aweber yang menjalankan perniagaan Autoresponder Berbayar terbaik di dunia Internet Marketing ini. Ramai usahawan internet di seluruh dunia menggunakan service mereka kerana harganya yang berpatutan dan juga servis yang mantap.
Tapi baru-baru ini Getresponse telah upgrade sistem mereka dan mengubah layout serta design web mereka kepada yang baru. Korang boleh lihat seperti gambarajah yang diberikan. Di bawah ni korang boleh tengok sendiri Getresponse yang lama berbanding dengan yang baru di upgrade.
Rata-rata respon dari pengguna Getresponse yang telah lama menggunakan service tersebut agak kecewa dengan upgrade yang bagi mereka amat merugikan mereka. Ramai yang merungut dan lantas mengubah ke Aweber, iaitu pesaing kuat mereka.

I just logged in and found out that I show as having a free membership and do i want to upgrade> WTF?
I just paid $47 for my Silver membership on 6/20.
I’m po’d and sitting in live chat waiting for support.

The new GetResponse is garbage, complete and utter garbage.
They lie on the form when I first sign in (apparently) with this “$18 per month for the new version” spiel – so now I’m paying just over $10 MORE than I was before?
I login – and don’t see the nice report I used to, telling me how many people signed up that day. That was something I always appreciated in the old version – now if you want to see how many people signed up on a certain day, it’s a pain in the a$$.
I also had a broadcast set up from last week – I guess “broadcasts” don’t exist any more, it’s called “newsletters” now. Well, it lied and said I didn’t have a “newsletter” going out, so now I have two of the same creative headed toward my clients tomorrow – and GetResponse shows NOTHING going out at all! Thanks so much, GetResponse!
Does anyone know if Aweber will allow me to import my list without verification? GR did after some testing and seeing that I got few complaints… this new interface is a piece of !@#$.

I call this a “scam” and I do not do so lightly.
When I first logged in to the “new” GetResponse I was told that upgrading would cost me a total of $18 per month.
Now I find out the truth – it will cost me $145 per month, around 8 TIMES what I was paying previously. I just checked my bank info to see the last charge, I am going from paying $18.30 per month to $145 per month.
Would you stay with a company that raised your fee by almost EIGHT TIMES overnight? I don’t care how many new features there are, that is crazy.
Do you really think this is good business?
Kesemua persoalan di atas telah dijawab oleh CEO Getresponse sendiri di forum Warrior dan kalau korang nak baca lebh lanjut boleh la berbuat demikian di Like The New Getresponse?
Sekarang ni harga Getresponse dah lebih kurang jek dengan Aweber berbanding dulu..tapi adakah ramai yang akan memilih Aweber berbanding Getresponse disebabkan masalah ini?
